All sales are final, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after an order has been placed. If your kitting & thread invoice is not paid within two weeks, your canvases will be shipped without the thread.

We aim to restock within 8 weeks, but given the current canvas shortage and painting backlog, we are receiving quotes of up to 6 months. All Solo Daughter designs will restock eventually. Please sign up for restock notifications so you're the first to know!

We aim to ship all in-stock products within one week of your order date! If you need rush shipping, please contact us before placing your order. All packages are shipped via USPS and insured.

Usually a lost package is with a neighbor or was incorrectly marked as delivered. Please wait 2 business days for your package to arrive after it has been marked as delivered. After that time, please fill out a Missing Mail Form on the USPS website and contact us. We will assist you with the claims and reimbursement process.
